Hotel Reservation and Transportation

You can add transportation as an option while booking online. Note that guests do need to have their flight information when booking transportation. Round trip cost is $88/person in a shared ride van.

Visa

MLCAD is able to provide visa support letters to attendees. For visa support letters, refer all requests to General Chair Andrew Kahng ([email protected]). The following information should be included with the request: Your name as it appears on your passport and your current postal mailing address.

MLCAD Student Grant Program

Attention All Students!

We are excited to announce the MLCAD Student Grant Program, generously sponsored by Qualcomm this year. This program will offer two grants of up to $2000 each, designed to assist students by covering costs related to their participation at MLCAD such as registration fee, travel, and accommodation.
The selection committee will award these grants to two students based on the following criteria:

  1. The first grant is designated for a student who is the primary author of a submitted paper that makes an outstanding contribution to the field of ML for CAD.
  2. The second grant will be awarded to a student who has a research focus on ML for CAD but has not submitted a paper to the MLCAD workshop. We are particularly interested in supporting students, who are still in the early stages of their study.

For those interested in the second grant, we invite you to send a one-page application by email that includes the following information:

  • Your name, affiliation, and email, as well as your advisor’s name.
  • A summary of (a) your motivation to do research in MLCAD and your research goals, (b) your ongoing research and its relevance to MLCAD, and (c) your motivation for attending MLCAD.
